Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book or use services at Timz Trimz (“we”, “us”) through this website. By booking, you agree to them.

Bookings are a request

Booking online requests an appointment; it is confirmed once we accept it (you’ll get a confirmation by email or in your account). A time isn’t guaranteed until it’s confirmed. We aim to confirm requests promptly.

Payment

We don’t take payment online. You pay in store after your appointment, by cash or card. Prices shown are a guide and may change; the price for some services (for example longer or more complex work) is confirmed in person. The final price is the one quoted in store.

Changes & cancellations by you

• You can cancel or reschedule free of charge from your account up to 24 hours before your appointment.
• Please give as much notice as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else.
• No-shows and repeat late cancellations: if you repeatedly miss appointments or cancel at short notice, we may ask for a deposit to secure future bookings, or decline further online bookings.

Changes & cancellations by us

Occasionally we may need to cancel, reschedule, or decline a booking. For example due to illness, staff availability, equipment problems, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If that happens we’ll let you know as soon as we can and offer you an alternative time. Our liability for a cancelled or rescheduled appointment is limited to rearranging it; we are not responsible for any other costs, losses or inconvenience, and since no payment is taken online there is nothing to refund.

Arriving late

Please arrive on time. If you’re significantly late we may need to shorten your service or rebook you, so the day runs on time for everyone.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Give us accurate contact details so we can reach you about your bookings. Don’t misuse the site, including making bookings you don’t intend to keep.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be redeemed against services in store, are not exchangeable for cash, and the balance is tracked digitally against the card code. Treat the code like cash. We can’t replace lost codes shared with others.

Photos & reviews

If you submit a photo of your cut, you confirm it’s yours to share and give us permission to feature it (once approved). Review requests are only sent if you’ve opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, our liability in connection with online bookings is limited as set out above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
